Founded in 2015, Management Nexus has grown into Latvia's most influential community of practicing managers with over 750 members across 35+ industries.

Our Story

Management Nexus began with a simple but powerful idea: create a dedicated space where practicing managers could learn from each other's experiences, challenges, and successes.

Founded by 7 senior executives from Latvia's leading companies in 2015, our community started with just 35 founding members who were committed to elevating management standards through peer learning and knowledge sharing.

What began as informal quarterly meetings quickly evolved into a structured community with dedicated resources, formalized knowledge sharing protocols, and measurable impact metrics.
